BO By Bougainville is our elegant yet relaxed little sister restaurant in Hotel TwentySeven, where quality, atmosphere and hospitality come together in an accessible setting.


The concept is best described as boutique dining: a warm and open atmosphere at a high level, where good food and enjoyment take center stage. With 25 seats and a compact à la carte menu four starters, four intermediate dishes, four main courses and four desserts the focus is on taste, simplicity and precision.
